“Stop looking at other places - this is where you want to go. Single woman, being quoted $2k by other places, fully expecting to be overcharged wherever I go. I pull in here last week and the guy is so chill, does some work and dots some paint on and tells me to buy the part needed myself to save money and come back with it. I did that today and it's installed and he asked for less than 5% of what others were quoting. AND my friend got to play on their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle vintage arcade machine while we waited which made his day. Will be recommending to everyone.”

“I dropped off my car today at Reliance Auto Collision. I got into a minor self accident Saturday morning. I immediately starting googling auto body shops in Hayward. Reliance Auto Collision & Rental stood out to me based on all the positive reviews. I messaged them on yelp and they responded pretty quick for a Saturday! They were so nice that they offered to dispatch a tow truck to tow my car to their shop but didn't need a tow as my car was still drivable. Told them I will drop off the car on Monday. They even sent me a friendly text reminder Monday morning to confirm I was dropping off the car later that day. When I got there Elias and his brother were so helpful and informative. Elias which I believe is the owner of the body shop ordered me an Uber at no cost to take me to Enterprise to pick up my rental! Phenomenal customer service!! 5 stars all the way!!”
“Angelica and Alfonso are great family team that took care of my bumper problem. A few other mechanics told me I had to order a new bumper but these guys dealt with the issue perfectly and they even patched up some dings with their paint without me asking for it. They straightened part of the bumper that was bent as well. They repaired my work vehicle Honda Fit so well that it’s going to be ready for more years to come although it’s old!Their repair looks great and firm, and I’m perfectly happy with their response time to reasonable fee for such great job.When I have another issue I’ll definitely go back. Plus I love supporting small local business in Oakland. Thank you so much Angelica and Alfonso, you guys are great car mechanic company and I’d recommend you guys to anyone in East Bay Area that have car issues to repair like bumpers, front, rear, straightening of frames, collision repairs and all. “I don’t know about what they were doin 7-8 years ago but I took my 79 Chevy to them because way before I went to them I heard nothing but good things about that shop , they got my car done in 2 1/2 months with all bodywork complete . I end up not liking the final color and decided to change the complete color and they were cool with that , I bought another paint kit and they had the car done again within another 3 weeks ? ??? never heard nothing bad about that shop but they might be a lil expensive lol ✅”

I went to several places in Hayward and San Leandro to get estimates and other places made me feel like they were trying to milk me for every dollar. Except for Daniel at Performance Paint & Towing, Daniel was honest and reasonable with what needed to be done. I dropped my car off and 3 days later I got it back as if there was nothing ever there! Pros: Great customer service Instant and reasonable estimate Fast and quality work Highly recommend Cons: Does not accept credit cards”
