He asked me to text photos of the work I needed done before I drove or towed my car to his shop. He responded quickly, gave me a quote before coming in and my luck of the draw was able to fix my car that same day I called! He did not try to add on any additional things I did not need or ask for and the price was beyond fair. “Tri and Gus really helped us out and did an outstanding job! We unfortunately had multiple car issues over a short period of time. 1st was our new Hyundai Santa Fe. Our almost new car was hit in a Home Depot parking lot. Tri and Gus fixed her back up to look like new again! 2nd was a Volvo sedan we were selling for an elderly relative who had banged it up backing out of a gas station. Not only did the car have a big dent, but it also had bent part of the door frame. Gus fixed her up like new and we were able to sell the car quickly for him! 3rd was my baby... a convertible Mercedes. My car lost its driver side mirror while parked on the street in Montclair Village. Tri and Gus tracked down a used mirror, refinished it in the original color, and fit it back onto the car. This entailed complicated electronic pairing to get the mirror to work properly. They saved me tons of money not needing to buy a new part from Mercedes, and it looks and works great! I highly recommend this business! Excellent!!”

“I dropped off my car today at Reliance Auto Collision. I got into a minor self accident Saturday morning. I immediately starting googling auto body shops in Hayward. Reliance Auto Collision & Rental stood out to me based on all the positive reviews. I messaged them on yelp and they responded pretty quick for a Saturday! They were so nice that they offered to dispatch a tow truck to tow my car to their shop but didn't need a tow as my car was still drivable. Told them I will drop off the car on Monday. They even sent me a friendly text reminder Monday morning to confirm I was dropping off the car later that day. When I got there Elias and his brother were so helpful and informative. Elias which I believe is the owner of the body shop ordered me an Uber at no cost to take me to Enterprise to pick up my rental! Phenomenal customer service!! 5 stars all the way!!”

“I had my Acura TLX bumper fixed and it looked brand new. I had actually had another place fix my bumper in the same place from a previous accident and you could still see where it had been hit. “My experience with Fix Auto Alameda has been nothing but outstanding from start to finish. They have a modern spacious new facility located on Clement Street that is very well equipped and staffed. Ricky was my contact person, who is very professional , organized, friendly, an absolute pleasure to work with. He did the estimate for my honda fit which sustained damage due to collision with a Rav4 on the Nimitz. Damage was to my front bumper, hood, and internal framing and components, which was knocked out of alignment. They were very busy when i took my car in, but within a very reasonable time, Ricky had emailed back to me a detailed estimate item by item breakdown on parts, and labor that needed to be done. During the repair process, Ricky kept me well informed by text every couple days on the progress of the repair. Any delays due to parts availability or additonal damage found he relayed to me by text. I received my vehicle back yesterday as promised, and it looks as beautiful as the day i bought it back in 2016. Their work is absolutely first rate, the panel alignment especially around the hood and side panel is as straight as an arrow. One added advantage of their current location, is that they are located within two blocks of "Enterprise Rental Car" located on Blanding Ave. which makes it super convenient to pickup and dropoff my rental. I highly recommend this auto body shop, wish more establishments were run this well.”

She suggested this shop for repairs as they had done work on her car and she loved it. It took two weeks (which I expected) and when I picked up my car, it looked BRAND NEW again.
