“Pelton Plaza has a variety of eateries, it’s central to Dowtown San Leandro, public transportation, public library, shopping, residential neighborhoods, etc. Parking is busy and always has a quick turn over.”
“Got a few good shops here and some restaurants. One part of it doesn't look great because a store closed down and it just boarded. Trash around the parking around this closed store. Sometimes it is difficult to find parking especially by the Chinese restaurant”
