Nice shopping center with a lot of food and retail options.

Family 70th birthday party. Most in attendance were born in Hong Kong or China. We had a great meal that rivaled any I've had in the bay area. Great food, perfect noise level, solid service for a group that comes with very high expectations.

Went to Foodmaxx ... it clean, well organized and has lots of fresh vegetables, a bakery and a meat department.
