“I have rented at this Public Storage location for many years, and I must say that the on site manager Kumar has provided me with exceptional customer care for years now. He takes wonderful care of the property, keeping it clean, looked after and secure, giving me confidence that my things are being well cared for. He is a great communicator and whenever I need anything he responds to any questions or concerns with prompt, caring and timely communication and help. When my keys were stolen and I needed the lock cut off my unit, he was extremely helpful and made it as positive an experience as possible. He brings a special warmth and genuine care that makes it a joy to see him and work with him, which is a really huge blessing when it comes to where you store your belongings. I am deeply grateful! Thank you Kumar and thank you Public Storage!”
“Site Manager Jamison Morris welcomed us warmly, knew his job well, and helped us a great deal when we signed up for a space on 8/13/2024. Prices are competitive and the facility is relatively new and secure. (We looked at a nearby competitor after a preliminary search for what we wanted.)”

“I showed up to rent instead of doing it online. Leo was surprised to see me. I told him I wanted to see an available space and rent. He let me know if I wanted the two-month 50% discount, I needed to do everything online. I'm glad he told me that. I sat just outside the gate and reserved and paid online.
Leo was very helpful. If you need space, I recommend going there, especially if they have a current discount.”

“I put my stuff in storage in early March 2020 for what I assumed would be a month. We all know what happened next! My stuff ended up being in storage for 4.5 years. I was a little nervous when I got it back; I was worried about damage. Miraculously, everything was in great shape. Zipcubes was easy to get in touch with if I needed to access my things, too.”
“We were give an estimate for three guys to break down,wrap and reassemble our 5 rooms of furniture. Loading and unloading was handled with care. Antique furniture was handled with extra care(just make sure to tell them).
