“I am very happy I hired Got2Move for a two-phase move within San Mateo back in June 2023. I moved over 10 years prior to that and didn’t remember who I hired. Anyways, I called a few companies to get quotes. Guillermo came over for on-site estimate. Then Johnny emailed me the quote next day. Both guys were professional and nice. So I hired Got 2Move. The first phase was moving from my house to a local self-storage. Movers tackled the packing and moving of my 3-bedroom house full of items including a cluttered garage with an extensive assortment of belongings, with professionalism and attentiveness. The team packed everything, from boxes to furniture, and handled the disassembly of beds and some other items. The move to the self-storage was seamless; and the subsequent move to my new home last weekend was executed with the same level of precision. I am not planning to move for a while but if my friends need I’ll recommend this business.”

In my Christmas time 2023 experience, Esther showed patience, holiday cheer, and great passion for the Public Storage product.This Public Storage (PS) utilizes the PS app, and there's a learning process involved with using the PS app to open the gate and the building. Esther guided me through this process with extreme poise and understanding as I fumbled around with my iPhone. My move-in date occurred a few days before Christmas--December 23rd to be exact--and Esther sported a Christmas stocking cap and showed such cheer that I started to hum the Christmas tune "Deck The Halls" and the line "Fa-la-la-la--la-la" as I moved my belongings into the storage facility unit.During the three hours that I moved in two days before Christmas, Esther and I crossed paths several times. Esther took a moment to explain how Public Storage prides itself in having carts to assist its patrons. In this case, I went to the hallway by the office to claim a cart to scoot to another building and then returned to the original spot. “I unfortunately have had more storage units than one should because I tend to move about and think I may want to move back. This was by far the most accommodating and nicest staff I've ever come across. They are diligent about contacting you about any changes. They took care of me and helped me out on several occasions above and beyond what they needed to...I won't site examplesbecause I don't want them to be bullied into doing the same for everyone that demands the same. But they really were so accommodating. If it weren't for that fact that I spent severalyears paying for a storage unit in a place I was not coming back to, I was actually sad to leave the place. Wondering when would there ever be an occasion for me to come back to army street storage unit? I actually had to have them cut off my lock because I couldn't remember my code . They do it for a very fair rate, immediately on site. The actual moment he cut all the way through the lock I screamed that I found the code on my phone! We had a good laugh and he helped me acquire a new lock to temporarily keep my stuff safe. Great staff. Very reasonable prices. Accessible units (no riding an elevator and using annoying carts over and over just pull your car through the gate and right up to your unit). Also seem to allow storage of vehicles if that is your need. I Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been in the storage unit game for about 8 years now and I have to say these guys are the best in the biz.The prices are more than reasonable, the facility itself is dam near sparkling, the units themselves are clean and well-maintained and the staff is exceptionally attentive.Which segues to the wonderful people who work there, for whom I could write an entire review, but I’ll try to keep it short. Everyone is extremely helpful, easy to work with, accommodating and all around just great humans. Once an employee helped me with a very sticky and unpleasant problem in my unit, well beyond the scope of his job, without even thinking about it. So kind.Additionally, the security there is top-notch so you don’t ever have to worry about nefarious activity happening near or with your prized possessions.In summation: store your stuff here.
