I began talking about a vinyl bra installation and Faz persuaded me to paint the hood. He informed me that being the hood it would fad in time opposed to paint. “My laser printer suddenly stopped feeding paper and I needed to print out COVID documents for an upcoming trip to Europe. I followed the manufacturer's instructions to clean the rollers, but it still wouldn't work. I called Printer Plus and was told that it could possibly be fixed the same day. Google showed that the shop wasn't too busy during lunch hour, so I took my printer in after 12PM and was the only customer there. Vinh came out and helped carry my printer in. After I explained the problem, he opened the paper tray and immediately identified a broken part, which he had in stock. It took just a few minutes for him to let me know the cost for parts and labor. He told me to go shopping and return in an hour. When I got back, he demonstrated that the printer was repaired and I was on my way. So nice to have such great service, plus Vinh is a very nice guy! I'd recommend his services to anyone who would like to keep a working printer rather than send it to the junk pile.”

“First of all, I don't know they do PPF ( Paint Protection Film) on automobile since I have dealt with Urban Graphics for a while. I know their service is always attentive, and they insist to use the top-notch material to get the job done. So, I decided to give it a try on my Tesla model 3.I was totally blown away by the result when I picked up my ride. Charlie and his avid assistant, Steven nailed it. They wrapped my Tesla's front bumper, headlights, side mirrors and one third of the hood with PPF meticulously. No bubbles or bulges was observed between the film and the paint. No dust or dirt was trapped in between either. The hydrophobic property of the 3M film did its job really well. It created a super-slick surface that nothing wants to stick to including water droplets. The condition reminded me the first day I picked up my new Tesla from the dealership. No, it's even better. The only remorse I had was that I should do the PPM for the whole body of my Tesla!”
