This aspect of your website is very difficult to use because it doesn't work. I had to try clicking on "rings" about 6 times before it took me to another page. “Okay so out the last couple times i went the costumer service is either great or is really terrible. I only been in when I think the Mexican girl is there and she is amazing and explains everything when I need help. I try to go when she is there because even if she is busy she goes above an beyond. then there is this other short girl I think her name started with an L but the name tag was upside down. The girl with the upside down name tag basically told me I was illiterate and didn't know how to follow instructions. I also noticed when I do go in the Mexican girl is doing the most work while other workers are on the phone or can't be bothered to help. That's why the minus one star. It would have been five is all the employees where like the Mexican girl.”
