Mel's Liquors is a great family-run business in San Leandro. The store is amazing, well stocked, and open until 2am. It is the only place in the area to buy real Cuban cigars and liquor, with good prices on real, not counterfeit, items. Customer service is very good, with cashiers who are friendly, efficient, polite, helpful, and nice. Customers are treated like family and remembered personally. It is a baller on a budget approved establishment that also sells California Lottery tickets.
