Then she felt to get the product I wanted and followed up constantly with me. I'm so appreciative to her. Side note: I think floor and decor isn't always the best at phone customer support so having Davina was especially fortunate.”

“Back in the 80's I discovered this place. Excellent designs and qualities. I used to buy these for my self and gifts. Everyone loved them. They are unique and beautiful and a wonderful place to visit especially around the holidays! I moved from the Bay Area to Southern Cal so I do not get to visit them any more but I am going to recommend my nephew who still lives in the bay area to visit them. He is a freshman in college and my wife and I discovered that he likes glass after we took him to the Murano glass factory!”

“I find the selection and prices nice, however, the store is often messy when i go in. Makes it harder for me to find what I need and sometimes the employees take forever to come and unlock the cages for the locked up stuff. Giving it 4 stars because i understand working retail and being understaffed to an extent.”
