At first, I got painfully slow internet. Then I found out that you need a DOC 3 modem (I had a DOC 2). I bought a DOC 3 modem and now I get over 200 Mbps. This is probably why so many people have such slow speeds.

Slow, cuts out a lot, and it causes a lot of stress. Save your money.

I contacted them today because I qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program benefit from the state. They won't take part in it. SHAME ON THEM!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Mathew is the manager that I was able to talk to today and he said he works for the company for 18 years, still he doesn’t know how to talk and appreciate customers value. I can pay the same amount to another company and they will help me much better than this internet company provider.

I’m a private nurse of a certain resident at Laguna woods village & we happen to need wifi services & unfortunately “West Coast internet” is the only wifi available in this area! So I called & happened to talk to this representative named (Amanda Benning) from this Westcoast internet. She’s terrible! Impolite, very condescending, rude,& she sounded too lazy to actually explain things properly. This person needs to learn what a good & proper guest relations/communication needs!

The only reason I gave them one star is because you can’t proceed with your review without selecting at least one star. This is the worst Internet provider I have ever encountered in all the years and I have been using the Internet. Their Internet is slow and unreliable even at the highest speeds, doesn’t matter that I am using state of the art modem and router. Their tech support is basically nonexistent nobody ever answers the phone and you have to leave a message and maybe they’ll call you back in a day or two. No one is willing to address any problems that you’re having they have to send a tech out and that takes a few more days to get scheduled and then they charge for it even if it is a fault on their end.The only reason this substandard poor excuse of an Internet provider is still in business is because Laguna Woods Village will not allow any Other Internet provider provide services here.If there’s any justice in the world someone will investigate why the powers to be at Laguna Woods Village are so willing to force this company on the homeowners. Kickbacks? Nepotism?

Horrible, horrible speeds. Under one megabit per second up and down typically. Every now and then you get lucky and it gets faster. They have a monopoly in Laguna woods, otherwise they would be out of business.

I move a lot. Every where else I have lived, you go to the Comcast or cox web site, give them a credit card and an address and plug in your modem and router. In the real world, the internet is just as simple as plug in the two boxes and turn them on..
