“I went to have some simple servicing done. So i went to their retail store twice today. I noticed a nice inventory and display of Omega's, Tudor's, Breitlings, Tag Heuer's, Cartier's, and more. Now slowly, I am warming towards another luxury hotel watch purchase. A very professional gentleman named George Garanian was my point-of-contact. He has sales responsibility but adjusted the links of my watch himself. He also showed some very nice timepieces. All and all, because of George, a very great experience. I will contact George again in the future.”

“Stopped in to have a watch resized to a smaller size. This is the second time getting links removed. The first watch repair person said only the links with pins could be removed. The expert watch repair person at this establishment was able to remove an additional link without issue. The watch is a perfect fit and only took 10 minutes. We will be retuning for additional services!”

James was incredibly helpful and patient with me throughout the purchasing process, I was STOKED when I walked out, like I got the best outcome possible. Not only did he explain the mechanics and shapes of all the boards but also the fins too! I had no idea why I would use a particular fin to yield a specific outcome but he helped me understand ALL of it. I’m glad I stopped in and walked out with two new boards to the quiver!”

“From a customer's point of view, wake up and smell the diamonds direct. My wife had lost a couple of diamonds from her wedding ring and we had Jeff help us out. We were absolutely floored when we picked it up. My wife didn't think it was her ring. The craftsmanship is P-E-R-F-E-C-T. She thought the entire ring was brand new. I found myself taking a closer look especially after I saw the bill. I had to ask "is this right?" The end results are spectacular.
From a dealer's point of view, I have never met anyone with so much knowledge that is friendly enough to share it as Jeff is. Honesty goes a long way in any business and if you are going anywhere other than Diamonds Direct, you're honestly going to the wrong place. It's not what you know, it's who you know. "No one pays more than Diamonds Direct."
