“I went to have some simple servicing done. So i went to their retail store twice today. I noticed a nice inventory and display of Omega's, Tudor's, Breitlings, Tag Heuer's, Cartier's, and more. Now slowly, I am warming towards another luxury hotel watch purchase. A very professional gentleman named George Garanian was my point-of-contact. He has sales responsibility but adjusted the links of my watch himself. He also showed some very nice timepieces. All and all, because of George, a very great experience. I will contact George again in the future.”

“Stopped in to have a watch resized to a smaller size. This is the second time getting links removed. The first watch repair person said only the links with pins could be removed. The expert watch repair person at this establishment was able to remove an additional link without issue. The watch is a perfect fit and only took 10 minutes. We will be retuning for additional services!”

“My wedding ring was long overdue for servicing and re-sizing after I lost almost 20#. I had loose prongs putting me at risk of losing the diamond. I also had to have the band re-sauntered to the ring. My ring had some discoloration too. Rita explained to me in depth what they were going to do. They do all of their work in-house. When I picked it up I couldn't believe how perfect it was. It looked brand new. She also gave me clear instructions on taking care of it and she gave me a cleaner for free. “Couldn't recommend watch works any more highly after an excellent experience with Mike! He got me an amazing deal on my Hamilton watch and some great accessories and upgrades as well. Price simply couldn't be beaten, and it's a new release watch as well. He changed straps/bands two times for me and ensured I was completely satisfied with my purchase. There was a woman working there today too, and I overheard how kind she was to her customer as well. Overall, they have an amazing selection of watches (especially Hamilton, won't find that many anywhere within 50+ miles) and amazing customer service.
