Michael was so great to work with and very easy to communicate with. Michael was also not afraid to be honest about his recommendations, but also honored my style preferences. Initially, I did not want a hat but Michael threw it in as a wedding gift and he was right, it really completed my entire outfit. We will definitely be coming back to get our Lunar New Year outfits here.”

“I first got my eyebrows threaded here in 2016 from a recommendation from my friend. Ever since then, she's the only place I trust with my eyebrows. I have uneven eyebrows because of a scar and from overplucking years ago, but she still manages to make a good shape. The jewelry is also really nice! I bought a couple of her earrings, two pairs of studs one with purple and one with pink jewels and they're one of my favorites.”

“This store contains great vintage furniture and home decor. It’s nothing like sorting through the Goodwill home goods section. As for the pricing, it’s a bit high but I can tell it’s worth it. There were several items that I would shell out $$$ for. I will return after some time to see what new pieces they have.”

“Let me start by saying I didn’t purchase anything on my visit to the Santana Row location, but I had an amazing experience.
I have zero knowledge of how to layer properly for hiking or going to Tahoe in the winter and let alone skiing or snowboarding. I walked in hoping to get educated and let me tell you the staff here did just that.
I was helped out nonstop by Luke who constantly went out of his way for me. He walked me through different ways on how to layer the lightweight jackets and shells and brought me tons of different sizes and options for me to try. He also helped me figure out what size fits best and which type of jackets I’d prefer more for different activities. He also found me different sizes of shoes to try and asked me how each one fit and giving me insight on which types of shoes are better for my needs.
I hate to make Luke’s job harder but if you go in, ask for him because he’s amazing and so helpful! I will definitely be back there ready to either make my first purchase if I don’t order online prior to returning!”

“I purchased a 49er hat from Jeans Plus and wore it to the game. It is a beautiful SnapBack. The plastic piece on the left side of the back of the hat had become unstitched. I brought it back to the shop. The owner after discussion asked me to leave the hat and he would see if he could get it fixed. He fixed the hat and it is again beautiful. I appreciate the customer service and jeans plus going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I've been buying clothes and other items for my son from Jeans Plus for many years. I will continue to do business with this establishment.”

The wait time in line to pay had been over 20 minutes for the past 6 months but happily it was less than a minute yesterday and my checker was very friendly as well.”
“Happy with the quality service I received recently! Arrived on a Thursday night to pick up an online order. The associate reassured me to wait patiently since my items were hidden in the back room. When she came out, I was surprised that my order was well protected in a box since there were some ceramics inside. She helped double check the content of my items to make sure my order was correct. “We live in Santa Cruz and occasionally drive "over the hill" to shop. We stopped in Travis Mathew just to browse. The staff is some of the best customer centric people ever. Matt was amazing of his knowledge of their merchandise and didn't try and pressure sell us. He was very professional and courteous in helping me find just the right style and fit. Granted, their focus is on golf, but their line of clothing is very versatile and quality made. Needless to say, he worked with my fashion consultant (my wife) to find just the right fit and colors I needed. We are so grateful we stopped in and with the help of Matt, purchased some great items. Thanks again Matt. You made our drive over the hill worth the trip!”

“This place is one of the best thrifting areas I've ever gone to. It's a bit on the smaller side, but it's better than those big thrift stores. Prices are a bit higher, but the items are vintage. They even have changing rooms in there. I like the style of the store. You'll probably find some clothing that could fit kids too, if you search. The clothing is really stylish and it's better than one of those huge thrifting stores. Staff is kind, and patient.”
