I had to be on the phone with Verizon for over 30 min to fix what one of the employees at this store did to my account without authorization.My father went in to pay the bill and told the guy don't change anything until I speak to my daughter.Well the guy dropped our plans to hardly any coverage and took away services.Horrible customer service.!!!!

Terrible service, walked in at 2:30 pm to quickly buy a phone. Was told they cannot serve me because they have an appointment at 3pm. Two workers just sitting there chatting with each other.

Excellent customer service.Ivan and Amar were so patient with me.Also, Tony, was super helpful over the phone.They fixed two of my lines and we're working on the third one.

Oscar and the visiting Google contractor Tommy were very helpful. They helped me copy my data and apps from my very old Pixel to a new Pixel 8, and helped to get it activated and working right in the store. It took a while, but this was much better than trying to order online and do it myself.

This review for Kirsten is long overdue. I came in with my dad's old flip phone that had choppy reception. In spite of it being an outdated phone, Kirsten suggested several solutions to get that phone to work better, and several alternative phones that would be easier to use for the elderly. She was friendly, patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly to me and my mom. We were really happy to have gotten help from her! Thank you, Kirsten!!!

If I could I would give zero star I came to pick up my SIM card and the account is under my sister name but they wouldn’t let me pick it up even though I am also part of the account and I provided my ID and they guy wasn’t able to to help me I called the costumer service they didn’t help me either. Wouldn’t waste my time coming here. The employees here are useless I would never come here again.

Used this store since it opened. Customer service has gone down drastically. No customer support, up sale is all you get here. Waiting 40 min and they take a walk in while I am on their waiting list ! Finding a different store.

I would give them zero stars. I went yesterday with 20min before the store closed. Mind you, I left work early to make it on time. I recently bought a phone online through Verizon website, I am trying to exchange it. I had called the 611 and they advised me the best approach was to get it exchanged at a Verizon warehouse store.I went in, there was a guy on a tablet and did not want to help. I explained to him what I wanted to do and he just ignored me. I had to ask him, do you want my # or something to pull me up so we can work on an exchange.At the end of it all, I didn't get the phone exchanged because with 7 minutes before their store closes they were doing inventory and it would "screw up" their inventory if they gave me a new phone. They suggested I leave work earlier to be there with enough time or to call 611. I proceeded to call 611 again and was told the quickest way to replace the phone was in person.I'm at a lost because I've had this new phone for almost a week and cannot seem to get an exchange going. Lesson learned is that I will not buy any phones online and at the Verizon store. I'm considering switching back to AT&T, their customer service was a lot better.

Cheaters and liars. Never trade in with your phone. They had upgrade trade in option for iphone 14 pro. They supposed to discount $800 for new phone. They make me pay $800 plus they took my phone that costs at least $300 and they call it $800 discount. It means i paid $1900 dollar for iphone that costs $1,099 in Apple store.

I was buying a lens protector for my iPhone 14 pro max and the manager of the store brought out a box with a product that had a picture that didn't match what I needed (it was for a iPhone 13). I told him that it didn't look like what I needed and he said it was and that the picture didn't match what the product was. i asked if he could open to check and he refused saying it was the correct protector for iphone 14 pro max and that he has seen it before (were the product doesn't match the picture on the box). I unfortunately listen to him but told him 30 seconds later to refund me the cost of incorrect lens cover. He blamed Verizons system for giving him the wrong information instead of himself and his pwn eyes!! Don't expect the experts to know what they are talking about, this guy was the one incharge.

Go to this Verizon store and not the other one close by. We had a phone to return for trade in and they took it, under 2 minutes. The other store always wants an appointment and can never give you the time of day. It’s less crowded closer to opening time on weekends.

Been waiting for 30 minutes just to get a replacement sim card, the whole store have 1 person working, 1 person watch the door, and 1 person in the back of the store for 30 minutes.

This place used to be very good, but now it’s terrible. The staff there was not willing to help and it’s not worth your time to go there anymore. So sad.
