Rachel had great customer service and helped me score some beautiful bracelets for our Christmas in July party. I was so glad she was working that day because I was on a tight schedule in need of gifts for my nieces and nephew. I ended up buying something for myself, my mom and my sister. Lol

Customer service is rude and pushy and heaven forbid you have a return. I NEVER return anything but twice in a row I have purchased a ring from this store and a crystal chipped out within days. You feel like a criminal. I'll never shop not only here, but any of these stores again. Too bad. I have money and I freaking love... read full comment

I tried to do some Christmas shopping here tonight and the older lady talked my ear off as well as my husband and distracted him from shopping with me. I could have spent a couple $100 here but I had to leave because I was so irritated and distracted by her on going stories. This happens often and I won't shop there anymore.
