Purchased a big appliance on Aug 30, still have not received it because there 3rd party vendor stated that Best Buy did not have it.

The delivery date was delayed twice, they didn’t even check their inventory before promising you the delivery date. Terrible customer service ever, wasting my 1 hour on waiting the customer service forwarded the call 6 times. Finally, I returned the item, I will never shopping with them again
