“The two guy employees that were working Sunday afternoon and helped me switch from Verizon to Cricket were very communicative, kind, and helpful! They assisted me with trying to get my old number to my new phone since I switched over and they did an amazing job! Got the phone working within the next 2 hours which was really good and their customer service was overall excellent!”

“The closest store was a near hour drive for me. They took my phone, put in maintenance mode, and then told me it would be three hours!
I suggest it the next time they let people know that up front. I was not prepared to be in a strange city without my phone, anyway to communicate or navigate around.

“I opened a phone line with this telecommunications company last weekend. I had a great experience after using it. I can watch unlimited movies and make unlimited calls. Calling my friends in Canada is also free, as is calling Mexico. I can go to many places. There are hotspots, and what I like most is that I can store a large amount of my favorite photos and videos. The monthly fee is only 60 yuan, no tax, and I only need to pay $55 when I pay automatically with a credit card! Especially their sales and technical staff, they feel very professional! I highly recommend it to those who want to open a phone line and transfer it to a cooperative family!”

Currently, their cheapest plan gives you unlimited calling, unlimited texting, and 2 GB of high speed data, all for $30/month. After you have used up your high speed data, it will be slowed down, but you will absolutely never be cut off. “been to this location a few times, great customer service and close to my place, so I got a phone here prior and everything worked great except the Bluetooth connection to my vehicle, sound would come in and out etc, glitches with incoming phone calls/text , returned and got a new phone and thought everything would be fine, well again issues with the Bluetooth, as soon as I got it the phone did the same thing, came back and had the pleasure of meeting ada, very nice and sweet and super helpful, took the time to weigh my options and make sure I got what I needed, upgraded to a better model and wow sounds is super loud, bass hits unbelievably low and overall excellent quality, went for a drive to see if it messed up but it worked flawlessly, thanks again ada for the great customer service and if I ever need a new phone I'm definitely coming back to see u”

“I'm visually impaired and when I went into the store they really helped me with what I needed to buy. They even showed me the product and took time to show me how to use it. They showed me with their fingers what button was where and they made sure that I knew which button to press and what the button represented. Like for example when I wanted to find the Bluetooth mode on my new speaker that I bought from there, they made sure I knew where it was and they told me how many times to press it.”
