“There was one rep at the store when I visited, but the rep was helpful and able to get what I need done. My application, transferring from other carrier to ATT, is complicated. But at the end everything works out and I am happy for the visit. The reason for not giving five stars is they probably need more staffs, especially in a shopping mall.”
