Every time I go into metro store on Monterey Rd. in San Jose for a new phone I never qualify for their deals. I feel like every phone has some kind of annoying glitch and buying a $159.00 phone actually cost $200 + However I love their 24 hr customer service

I bought a new phone and getting set up was fine. There was a boarded up window because the homeless people don't make it feel safe for anyone.
