I have been on hold for over 54 minutes now. No one has checked in on me, and their nonstop ad keeps bragging about their quality service. I need to find a company that actually wants my business and understands how to handle customers; maybe you should keep looking too

Ordered some stuff and was overcharged and they never even sent to me and don't even pick up there phone or reply to email seems like scam are management is frauding something
