There’s a young girl who apparently swears she’s a manager, but doesn’t know any of their policies in place had to call the regional manager for a return. Why is it that this place makes you do a handstand to refund or exchange an item you bought online ridiculous

Despicable upper management. There is zero regard for the well being of their employees and even worse customer service. Unable to keep staff due to the owner being completely unreasonable

I ordered 2 separate packages paid for them everything was good..so I thought!! never received my packages Mainland did nothing to help! THEA is Absolutely rude!! Stay away from this place!!!
