“Wow, after going to the WORST T-Mobile store ever (17th & Hamilton )
I walked into this SUPER FRIENDLY , Helpful store.
I was greeted and waited on very quickly. Though the store was very helped me to buy the (almost) the cheapest phone they have .(I lose/break phones ALOT) John waited on me. He took a lot of time transferring my info out of my broken-down phone . It wasn't transferring, and he just kept plugging away until it all finally did transfer.
Every one who works there is friendly and helpful. Unlike t-mobile @ 17 & Hamilton, who act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you.

“been to this location a few times, great customer service and close to my place, so I got a phone here prior and everything worked great except the Bluetooth connection to my vehicle, sound would come in and out etc, glitches with incoming phone calls/text , returned and got a new phone and thought everything would be fine, well again issues with the Bluetooth, as soon as I got it the phone did the same thing, came back and had the pleasure of meeting ada, very nice and sweet and super helpful, took the time to weigh my options and make sure I got what I needed, upgraded to a better model and wow sounds is super loud, bass hits unbelievably low and overall excellent quality, went for a drive to see if it messed up but it worked flawlessly, thanks again ada for the great customer service and if I ever need a new phone I'm definitely coming back to see u”
“I went in to obtain instructions how to for the Xumo? remote control. Such remote control has been very difficult for the community near and far to utilize. People get very discouraged w/ no instructions for dummies and that is not helpful for many of us. Took me some time to catch on but this thing "streaming" is overwhelming for us! Help is what I say... overall, my visit was awesome&thank you for assisting me young lady w/print picture of remote control &vivid instructions how to utilize buttons on the controller.”

I have the new razor Motorola folding phone and love it. No more Verizon.. They give you $$$ for switching $200 each line and $100 with my Apple watch! I get Internet everywhere now. I had such poor service with Verizon and had 5 G .. free Wifi on United. Free AAA one year and free Apple TV . ALL my contacts, photos and iCloud passwords transferred. Good staff and good service.”

2710 McKee Rd, San Jose“I was in the market for a new cellular service phone provider recently and my first choice was T-Moble, as the T-Mobile Store is located very close to where I live, and I am always a huge fan T-Mobile as a company in general. I decided to call call T-Mobile ahead of time to prepare myself for my visit so that I would have all the necessary information, identifications, and documents that I needed. When I called (around 6:44pm) I was greeted on the phone by friendly, T-Moble Expert named Irving Cruz Carbajal. I felt comfortable with Irving right away, and so I jotted down his name at the time, so that I could ask for him specifically when I arrived at the T-Mobile Store later that night. I arrived at the T-Mobile Store, about 30 minutes before they closed. I would have arrived earlier but I had to determine how to port my main number in from another carrier etc., which took much more time that I anticipated! Let me tell you what, the T-Mobile Store was packed around the time that I arrived that night! The gentleman who initially greeted me and checked me in (sadly didn't catch his name), informed me that they were so busy at the T-Mobile Store that night, that they might not even get the chance to assist me. This I totally understood but decided to wait for Irvine anyway. Irvine was super kind, and he even took his excellent customer service skills to the next level, by informing me of the various promotions and combination options that I could get for the best deal, despite it being past closing time for the store that night! After, Irvin informed me of all of the promotions that T-Mobile was having, I decided on a fantastic promotion that they were having involving multiple lines, and then Irvine immediately began assisting me with setting up my account and services. Unfortunately, little did I know, they would run into some complications setting up my account this night, despite my best intentions of setting everyone up for success ahead of time and before I arrived. Sadly, these complications ended up causing a significant delay in completing my account set up this night. Due to this, I wasn't able to connect my cellular service after all (this was on a Thursday, December 7th, 2023). Instead I was instructed by T-Mobile (one the phone that day) to wait until the next day to finish setting up my T-Mobile account. Irvine then gave me his T-Mobile Business Card, and he instructed me to return the next day. At this point, coming nail the next day was totally fine with me because I could tell the team was exhausted and my account was already nearly completely setup as well. I definitely understood that the team was ready to go home at that point, because it was already nearly 9:00pm at night by the time I left T-Mobile Store. I really just don't know how to tell the entire team at T-Mobile how much it meant to me that they all stayed late to try and assist me that night with getting my T-Mobile cellular service connected. While at the T-Mobile store that day, I only really ventured over to the Apple display (I'm a very biased Apple product only fan here) and while I've heard great things about this new iPhone 15 Pro based on feedback from a friend who has held one and got to play around with it in person, so much so that he fell in love with the feel of the Titanium and immediately purchased an iPhone 15 Pro for himself, sadly, this did NOT happen for me. I literally couldn't even tell that the devices had been upgraded this year at all because they were strapped down to the table and you couldn't pick them up, hold them, or even move them one bit. I can't stress this enough T-Mobile, the way that you currently have devices set up in your store right now is a HUGE problem for your customers and your business alike. If customers can't touch or experience the products at all, then they will be FAR less likely to purchase anything from T-Mobile. I understand the need for security, but this is so extreme, that I left the store having felt like I never got the chance to check out the”
“Came in the morning about 10 min after they opened and there were somehow already three groups ahead of us. We sat down and the sales associate promptly checked in with us. She let us know it would be about a 20 min wait, but we ended up being helped within 15 min. We were able to exchange our phones quickly and painlessly, and both salespeople were very polite and courteous throughout.”

First off I want to shout out Mario, he was the first person to help me and I got more than what I needed resolved. He helped me get a new number and was patient w me considering my situation. I made the mistake by going to the silver creek location this morning and encountered Kevin who was the most undeniably rude boy I have ever met. Went to Tully that same morning, Mario was there but I had Ricky help me trade in my phone. Made it super easy and fast. Ended up getting my phone plus and Apple Watch! Silver creeek said I couldn’t do what was told and Tully made it happen. Just how I wanted and was supposed to get. Rickey and Mario are the reason why myself and others continue to stay w T-Mobile. Outstanding service and just personable people. The world needs more people like Ricky and Mario and way less Kevins.”

We were overcharged over $60 a month for more than 5 months and after dealing with customer service overseas for over 2 hours who promised to have a supervisor call me back which never happened, I went to the store. Oh boy am I glad I did!! Ivan went through each month statements with me and we found the charges. Then Amanda got on the phone with customer service and we got the bill fixed and credits for all the overcharged months. I highly recommend this shop.”
