“Love this place. Clean rooms, nice service and friendly staff. I typically get there on Sunday evening for business. When I was greeted by a lady at front desk, Rheyanna, “welcome back Ms Lange!”, I felt this place like home away from home. Highly recommend this place.”

“Nice place. Great staff. Loved they had so many EV chargers. A little out of the way. Super close to train tracks but the noise was not bothersome. Gotta love free parking and a solid breakfast. The rooms were compact but well laid out.Food & drinks: Nice breakfast”

“Located near San Jose Airport. The rooms were clean and nice. There are not many shops around, so I feel like I need to go by car for shopping and eating.Food & drinks: A small amount of water etc. is sold in the lobby.”

“Very similar to Staybridge suites (almost identical layout). It has a small kitchen, sitting room, and a separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The only downside was that there was only a blackout curtain and no privacy curtain. Quiet and convenient with lots of shops around. Will stay here again.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants, Target, and CVS in the same plaza.”

“These pictures were taken the morning after but this hotel was very nice. Great staff and accommodations and actually really good breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here for New Year’s Eve. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable and it felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Oh the view to me was fantastic. Lastly it’s very close to the San Jose airport so that’s a plus.”

“There was some initial confusion regarding an early check in that I had called in about, but it was resolved without too much trouble. Rooms were simple, but clean, and overall nothing to really complain about. Definitely good value for the price.”

“Amazing, they still have hot breakfast included, eggs, crispy potatoes, and sausage and other stuff. Plus parking is included. Local hilton and Sheraton don't have breakfast included and are more expensive. Can't be beat.”

“Perfect location as i could walk to Santana Row within 20 min (less than a mile away). Free parking, room 227 looked fresh (new or recently renovated?), good soundproofing. Nearby 7-11, and ethnic eateries (Ethiopian, Middle Eastern, Latin American).”

“This is honestly the nicest Courtyard I've ever stayed in. (And I've traveled A LOT over the years.)Front Desk let me have a late check out and gave me a complimentary drink at the Bistro for breakfast. The room was ACTUALLY CLEAN! The furniture was dated, but in very good condition. For breakfast, I swapped the drink for a breakfast parfait. All of the lobby furniture is functional and CLEAN! All of the staff I met and saw were super nice and polite.Rooms: It was actually clean.Walkability: Target right in the parking lot.Food & drinks: Market and Bistro onsite.”

“We were there March 10 thru 13. Easy check in as there were no conferences going on that we were aware of. Hotel staff very customer oriented. We self parked. Using a valet trolley we took our things from vehicle thru the lobby and up to our room. Nice, as we didn't need to pay a bellman. We sat at the lobby bar the first night. Our bartender was very attentative and conversational. Drinks a little pricey, but it's California. Room had a view of pool and small courtyard. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. We didn't experience and noise issues. Nothing exceptional, just what we expect from a hotel. Several restaurants/bars were within walking distance. All in all we had a nice stay.Walkability: Restaurants within a few blocks, easy walking.”

“Stayed there for a night, it was a breeze. The staff enabled mobile key prior to checkout so didn’t need to wait in line. The biggest pro was to the EV charging. It was free and level 2, just needed to pay $15 parking.”

“We came to San Jose for my grandpa funeral and stayed at the best Western. I had to say it’s a good place to stay at clean and get it near the highway. Definitely recommend this place.”

“Rooms were clean. Bedside lights weird to figure out.

Allison is a star at the front desk.

Excellent selection of food for purchase. This location is likely ideal for business travelers, as it wasn't really near anything. But it worked out”

“Great stay here.
The parking is not included on the price that’s something I was definitely not aware of I thought it was free for the customers.
However it is very easy to pay for the parking as they have QRs everywhere with instructions.
The lobby staff was very cordial and helpful and polite.
Breakfast was included and the place is quiet and nice.”

“This hotel is very nice. Nice amenities like gym and restaurant/bar, room service. The rooms are equipt with nice soaps and shampoos. In addition, a robe and coffee pot. The location is great. The M club is also very nice. Most importantly the staff is always friendly and helpful. I look forward to my stays here.”

“Hotel Signia impressed both as a hotel and a wedding venue. As weddings are inherently complex, and that wedding contracts including dinner at a premier venue is even more so, I highly recommend getting a planner involved when signing up for this venue. As the Signia employees have tons of events, having the planner as a go between was an immense help. While the Signia employees are extremely busy, and a bit harder to reach during the planning phase, the week of, their full attention is geared towards making sure Signia as a venue does right by your event.

As a hotel, all my guests and I were extremely impressed with every room rented. The suites are very spacious, and the penthouse suite likely is the best one in San Jose.

Hotel Signia's biggest strength lies within its culinary division. The guests were extremely impressed with the appetizer, main course, and desserts served in the steakhouse dinner option. Extra thanks to the banquet manager for being able to serve halal at a reasonable cost without altering the quality of any of the menu items. This quality extends to the restaurant on site as well; the brunch the day after was delectable.”

“Staff was friendly, near some places to get food. Room was mostly clean, beds were nice and although A/C worked, it was finicky at times. Walls are on the thin side as I could hear my neighbors a bunch.”

“I stayed in this hotel for my business trip. The staff is very friendly and helped whenever I needed something.Check-In and check-out were easy and we even had the option to store our luggage at the hotel before our flight left. They have an outside area, where you can sit in the evening. It’s street faced, but if you don‘t mind that it’s cool.My room was a standard hotel room. It was clean, had an AC and a big window which you can’t open. The breakfast was good, as a german i‘d say a standard american breakfast. There were scrumbled eggs, bagels, toast, oatmeal, fresh fruits and yogurt. One thing bothered me. At breakfast they only had plastic cutlery, which you had to throw away after breakfast. And Wifi could be betterRooms: Different room sizes available. Standard hotel room but also small apartments with kitchen”

“What a great place but at night you will sometimes hear street racing it’s San Jose what do you expectRooms: The room are pretty goodSafety: You need a key car to even get into you room building the the same card for your room as expectedFood & drinks: Breakfast only there is some snacks at the front desk and some drinks”

“The room is not small, the bed is king size, and there is a sofa. I don't understand that the air-conditioning switch is in a bad position and there is no main switch for the lights, but the service is very kind.”

“Such a pleasant stay here. Loved that it's just a 10 min drive from the airport and easy walking or driving distance to spots around Downtown San Jose. It's also conveniently right off the freeway. The staff were all great and helpful. I have to say this is the first time I haven't encountered rude hotel staff. If you book through the Marriott Bonvoy it has everything at your hands; mobile room key - so skip checking in at the front desk and you can easily request towels or ask for house keeping and they have a chat for any questions you may have! I stayed in the guest room with 1 king bed. I found the layout to be great but is small in the sense you don't have much space. But it was just me so I didn't have an issue. The room also came with a desk attached to the wall, a big chair where you can sit back and relax. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great! Not stiff. We all know that hotel pillows aren't the best. LOVED the safety features they have on the door. It comes with a metal doorstop at the top you just flip open and comes with an extra lock you can use. Made me feel safe as a solo traveler! Now I will say the only thing I did find inconvenient was the parking. As with all hotels around the area you have to pay for parking daily. Here is $35/day and you can only park on the 3rd and 4th floor which isn't the best when you have luggage. BUT they have the scooters at times right next the hotel and down the street the have bikes to pay for. If you won't be driving far in San Jose save some money and ride them. It's right next to the hotel and is shared with other businesses. They have a parking that's adjacent to them that I believe is cheaper but I didn't really want to lug my suitcases across the street. But overall great stay! Would 100% recommend and stay here again.”

“I stayed here for 3 nights last week, and I enjoyed my stay. The new name for this hotel is the Convention Center Inn and Suites. The staff was accommodating, the location is centrally located, and the free parking was appreciated. I found the courtyard charming and loved the tiger print carpet. The room was clean, the price was affordable, and I would stay here again.”
