“I stayed at Woodcrest for 1 night in October. This is a very solid 3 star-level hotel at a price which is very hard to beat in the Silicon Valley.I paid 234 usd for a pictured room with a continental breakfast.Rooms are renovated in the last few years, lobby is a bit older style (they have a small convenience store for the guests :) )My room was on the eastern side of the building, I don't think I've heard any noise from the street.”

“This is a nice hotel in the center of Santa Clara. It is nothing spectacular, but it provides a cozy atmosphere, clean room and bathroom, and fairly comfortable bed and pillows. The housekeeping is good. The water pressure for shower could have been better, but I understand they might have done it to conserve water. They served breakfast in the lobby area, but I didn't try it. The hotel is nothing fancy but modern and pretty convenient for people who are staying for business. Overall, if you are a business traveler, I recommend staying at AC Hotel.”

“Enjoyed staying here after the 49er game versus buccaneers this past Sunday. The breakfast downstairs complementary was sufficient. However, I would prefer regular pork sausage rather than turkey sausage. Everything else was very convenient and nice, very quaint and posh nice getaway for a single night. I will definitely stay here again.Rooms: Rooms were very spacious and the only downside to our visit was the body wash and shampoo was missing in the shower. However the hotel staff came to refill them almost immediately after we notified them that they turn down service did not complete their job so everything is all well and we really enjoyed our stay there.”

“This is definitely a hotel I would return to. The front desk staff is far more friendly and helpful than I usually experience at other hotels, and the breakfast had a lot of good choices. This hotel seemed exceptionally clean, both in the rooms and in the food area.”

“Overall great experience for a 2 night stay on a business trip, only reason for 4 stars only is the smallish pool (not a good fit for lap swimming), and the tiny gym.”

“Good location for us, right after Thanksgiving. Didn’t want to travel right after and stayed the night. The Embassy breakfast was the deal catcher for us. Imagine that, choosing the hotel on the breakfast. Lol. Anyway the next morning breakfast was nice to have. The custom breakfast by the chef was a nice treat. All was good,, but one glitch…The sausages were compressed to look like a link. It really tasted like it was made from spam. As always, post your comments so we all can improve on what we experience.Food & drinks: Breakfast.hooray for the simplicity of it all.”

“Quite honestly - this surprised me. The Avatar is a great place to stay. We were in town for the 49er game and it is perfectly located in my opinion. The walk is about 1 mile to Levi's and you will be surrounded by 49er fans both to and from. There are a cluster of GOOD restaurants just across the street and there is a Starbucks attached to the Avatar. The hotel seems to have been upgraded recently - it is clean/modern and has a lot of great amenities. I was personally impressed by the gym and cardio areas. For a hotel of this class, the gym is a cut above and has a lot of equipment/free weights. It has a separate cardio room with super nice treadmills. The rooms are fine, they do the job - clean, modern upgrades, etc. The staff was pretty nice upon check-in. They let us check-in several hours early. Our room was very quiet and not a lot of foot traffic as we were on the 4th floor. The only word of caution I'd throw out there is if you book on Expedia, be advised that if you click on "breakfast", you basically get a voucher for a "free entree" in their restaurant. Next time, I would pass on the restaurant. I'd give it a 2/5 rating and it is not worth the $$. The staff seemed overwhelmed (understaffed?) and the food was average at best.”

“Yo FAITHFUL!! I gotta give a shoutout to the Granada Inn, because let me tell you, it's for real! If you're looking for a hotel that won't break the bank, while still keeping you nice and cozy, this is the spot for you.The location of this place is awesome. It's so close to Levi's Stadium, you can practically smell the cheers from the crowd. And if you're into food and shopping, you got restaurants and stores nearby, there’s a Pollo Loco right next door!Another thing I gotta mention is how easy it is to get to this gem. The Granada Inn is easily accessible to the freeways. Jump on the San Tomas and you'll be there in no time, no stress, no worries. You can focus on having a good time instead of getting lost. Now let's talk about the real MVPs of this place: the staff. Man,they're the friendliest and most knowledgeable crew you'll ever come across. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Need some recommendations on what to do or where to go? They got you covered. Before I go let me tell you that Granada isn’t the Hilton, it’s not the Motel 6 either but it’s a budget friendly place that has everything you need to rest up for game day. I really enjoy staying there because it has an office area so I can make content, a shower, microwave, AC, fridge, comfortable bed and is always so clean.Overall, I can't recommend the Granada Inn enough. It's affordable, comfortable, and has all the perks you need for a great stay. Trust me Faithful, you won't regret choosing this spot.Rooms: Outstanding job by the staff my room is always so cleanNearby activities: Right down the road from Levi’s Stadium and Santa Clara University,Noteworthy details: Not Pet FriendlyNon SmokingPollo Loco Restaurant right next door”

“My stay there was excellent. It was in a nice location. Very nice rooms, clean and quiet. When I woke up, they had free breakfast. Real breakfast. I had sausage and omelets with a Danish. I will definitely stay there next time I'm in town. Thank you.”

“I like this hotel because it has a lively bar and sushi bar in lobby. Rooms are ok nothing special. Extra bonus is the Peet's coffee in the lobby. Parking is a bit of a hassle and can get totally full. If the hotel is hosting large events I try to avoid it.”

“Beautifully renovated! Now called the WAFER 450LOVE the kerig coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the Room! Gentle REMINDER, if you stay more than one night make sure you tell the front desk that you want room service if you want your room cleaned the next day. Unfortunately we didn't do that and when we returned from a day up in San Francisco late night we didn't have any fresh towels. When I mentioned that to the owner in the morning he apologized and said he should have asked us. Also told me that I could have called him from the phone up by the check-in. But absolutely did not want to bother him.I know I look at all reviews before I book and this one is a GREAT ONE!Rooms: Beautiful, but the mattress was definitely not firmNearby activities: Lots of stores and restaurants in the areaSafety: Quite and felt safe at all times! Lite up well at night”

“I enjoyed my stay. It's not a luxury hotel, but my place was spotless and it was clean. The units are fairly modern and not worn down. The staff was super nice and this place has a laundry. It's within walking distance to Taco Bell, Safeway, Subway, 7-eleven, some bagel place and the SC police station (points for s-alliteration).I've stayed at "more luxurious" hotels since that were cheaper. Parking is $7 which honestly is ridiculous considering when I stayed was hardly anyone there. This really should be free considering other higher star hotels offer this for free. I think some staff understand this while one in particular is a stickler about that. My bed was sagging in the middle which attributed to some mild back pain at the tail end of my stay but I managed to sleep closer to the edge so it was okay.I'll always try to book at my main chains but I'd def come here again. Thanks!”

“here we go if you see this and read all this you'll probably do it because hopefully you will have the same experience that I was give so to be honest im now setting the bar lol…Front door office personnel was there and took a business phone call whom called in and needed assistance. Now we happy knowing they know we are there so wait patently. Personnel apologize for wait then assisted. One of the first things they asked was pronouns. Thus now you know half way through this long review they are humanity positive no matter how you human or anthropomorphic. XDThings that would be required a state issued ID might be able to use passport these days. The front desk personnel takes the time to walk you through the steps they ate taking so you can keep up with them incase your on a business trip and need to keep information for your company.I'm sorry brain is doing the lack of thoughts but this is the part that just happens and stays because forward. As you think the thoughts fast because time has passed…See all this long stuff!!!(Summary that matters)I want to tell you out of all the places to stay at I'm now asking that you please give this hotel a thought before you make your decision because it's not what the hotel looks like that matters it's the folks whom maintain it and if the people with in the company are beautiful then over time the company itself will become beautiful.9/26/23I can personally confirm the folks here atQuality Inn & Suites Silicon Valley are beautiful. If you also agree just before you leave or right after you check out to get a coffee please write a review even if it's a date and the statement [still beautiful] letting others know they are! “Me and my boyfriend have been staying here since March, and with COVID - 19 going around, along with the stay in shelter in place and having to stay an extensive period of time, the staff has been wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms are nice, but unfortunately some of the channels don't come in that well, and there's not too many stations to watch, which is the only down side. A plus though, there is a washer and dryer on site so you can wash your clothes, and it is cheaper than the laundromats in the area. I would recommend Bella Vista Inn to my friends and family.”
