“With fraud being at an all time high I've had to replace my card twice within 6wks. Their CS departments during business hours and post are consistently patient, polite, and chill. It's a different vibe in comparison to commercial banks. At all costs I try to avoid having to go inside banks but when I must.. Star One makes the chore an easy one.”

“I have to admit, I was referred here by the car dealer I was purchasing from and I was a little weary because of the reviews. However, I was totally blown away by how smooth the process went. Their rates are extremely reasonable and I didn’t have to go through any drama or back and forth with the application. The gentleman assisting me, Parsa Delshad, was an absolute stud. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of the credit and loan application process as well as providing exceptional customer service. He was super friendly and personable and didn’t make me feel pressure at all during the whole thing. I’m really impressed with how easily everything went and would definitely come back to Parsa!”

I've had the pleasure of being helped by him before and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with his exceptional customer service skills and genuine dedication to ensuring a positive banking experience. Nowadays that's hard to find which is why I usually use the atm. From the moment I approached the counter, Juan greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. He immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Juan actually remembered me from the previous time I was there. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout our interaction. He remembered I was wearing a sharks hat that other time and he mentioned that TechCU now had Sharks debit cards.
