Very bad customer service, I ordered a pair of shoes, the order was just going automatically without any security checking. And it routed to a wrong pick up address. Worst experiences!!

To the staff working at the store on the evening of April 5, thank you for your quick action and attentiveness. It was really above and beyond. Nordstrom has always been known for their premium service, but during an incident they really showcased their speed and kindness. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I came in here to buy Skims. I couldn't find what I was looking for until an employee helped me. They gave me their opinion and recommendation. I am so happy they carry skims! And excellent customer service.
