“Gabriel is fantastic. He know where all the roof tiles are located.Was an adventure to find the tile cemetery. The tile oasis is a cemetery for roof tile products no longer needed, tile pallets that have been abandoned, and for any tiles that need a home.The cemetery of tiles gives life to other homes, like mine.Love this place for easy and hard to find replacement tiles.Found my tile replacement in different color.Highly recommend.”

“Slightly limited parking space for customers, but other than that, this is the place to be for your soundproofing needs. They carry the acoustic panels we needed that big store doesn’t offer. They also have a lot of noise proofing sealant option selection.People here are courteous and helpful. It is easy to say that they know what they are doing.We visited during the Covid-19 pandemic and amid social distancing protocols. They sold face masks and had a bit of stock during our visit. Hand sanitizers for public were provided too. They also reduced the checkout process to lessen the surface customers' touch. Social distancing signs were ample and displayed appropriately. Face mask signs were on display too. Sadly, some of them were not wearing a face mask.Other than that, the place is clean and complete with signages. I hope they will indicate max capacity. Still giving them a five star because they have all the things we needed.”

“My home sustained some water damage and my insurance company linked me with Hye/Hi Quality Floors. The reviews for this company can scare off anyone, but I found Derick (primary contact) easy to work with and he was very responsive to all my text messages and worked with me on timing and scheduling through my other home renovation projects. I visited their showroom, and there were a LOT of options. My only recommendation is that they improve their lighting. It's a bit dim inside. However I was able to take home SEVERAL samples so I can see them in my home lighting. I highly recommend doing this. I chose Gaia floors which is pretty highly rated. Since I'm living in the home, the installers took time to shift my furniture from one side of the room to another to do the install. They were careful with my furniture and delicate pieces. They worked tirelessly for 5 days straight. The installers even made some recommendations for molding to make the gaps/edges more seamless and modern. I also got to chose baseboard that fit my style. My only complaint is that an extra coat of paint on the baseboard would be nice, but they only put one coat of paint so there's some unevenness, I will have to paint over it myself., Overall, I'm very happy with the end result and love the look of the floors. Note: I was informed that the company had changed ownership awhile back (not sure when, hence the Hye vs Hi quality name), so I'm hoping that is the reason for the improved quality and service.”

“Absolutely amazing prices for their SPC flooring! We were looking for Vellichor specifically and it was about $0.50/sq ft cheaper than the other places we found in the area. Initially when we asked to borrow samples they said they don't do that, but after asking a lot more questions I think they saw we were serious buyers and let us borrow samples for a couple of days, for free, which we really appreciated. We ended up purchasing with them and we are very happy with the end product. The only thing to mention is that I did have to be proactive throughout the process to know what was happening. I had to call to find out when they got it, I had to call to schedule pickup, and then I played a bit of phone tag when it turned out that it was being delivered. That being said we wouldn't hesitate to buy here again with such amazing prices!”
