Keep prices on the reasonable level. I mostly shop at this store.

Big 5 sent $5 coupon to my mail every month. I always go to Big 5 to buy my hiking shoes. This time, I tried about 7 to 8 pairs. The salesman kept going back and forth for my shoes. The people in the store a few days ago were super friendly! I walked in and I was greeted immediately by an employee and I assume the manger! The store is well organized and clean! Great service, but I just came in to look around!
