“My partner & I are longtime customers here - it all started when we bought an e-bike for daily commuting and then suddenly we've been here pretty regularly for tune ups and repairs and the like for a couple of years now. I love Bicycle Express, they're a downtown San Jose staple in my opinion. Everyone is so friendly! Karen, Charles & Junior are great to chat with about anything from the latest in bike technology to the best dog breeds, and the bike mechanics in the back always make me laugh with their banter. The team here are definitely passionate about the business, bikes, and accessibility to anyone who wants to ride! They will even call manufacturers and retailers to get you the best deal and source any replacement parts directly. It's actually thanks to their rental program I learned how to ride a bike, so now I can finally catch up to my partner on rides around town, haha!
