I purchased a bike here and later realized the size was wrong. I came back after 8 days for an exchange. The store accepted my exchange even though I had rode my bike for about 15 miles. The staff offered great help during the exchange. Now the new size is a good fit. I am happy about the purchase.

The folks here are great. I have used their service department, and purchased tools for DIY fixes, as well as cycling accessories from them. I was first referred to this place from another bike store and have been returning here every time I need something.
