I went back to Balance Yoga Center and was surprised by how little it has changed. The teachers are amazing, delivery is consistent. The classes are offered at convenient times. Though the workouts are tough, they are fun and engaging. I feel great after just a few weeks. So happy to be back!

I've been coming to this studio for a few months now and I'm so happy to find this place The classes are always challenging, and instructor are amazing and friendly. I highly recommend this yoga/Plates studio
