“I've been working out at HSC with coach Nicole for a little over two months. It has been AMAZING. Currently recovering from an Achilles tendon repair and Nicole has been so mindful and intentional with our workouts. I am building muscle. Feeling stronger and feel all the correct muscles working. She's also funny and makes workouts not feel so dreadful. I've also joined the Olympic lifting classes that are led by coach Kolin and it has been going well. He's super patient and kind. In summary, everyone at HSC is supportive and genuinely caring. I don't feel like a sore thumb. It's all good vibes!”

“I have been a member at Labarre for 5+years. I was introduced by a friend and haven't left. It's hands down the best studio I've been to. It is extremely clean, involved in the community and offers a variety of classes and services.The owner Lisa is very involved and holds a high standard. “Great workout! Multiple class offerings throughout the day that have a variety of cardio and weights. Each class is different and the coaches encourages everyone to push and challenge oneself. The first few classes may take a bit to get familiar with some of the equipment, but don't feel discouraged. Everyone is at different levels, so it's okay to go at one's own pace. The desk staff were very helpful and are not pushy to sign up as a member - there a different options to be able to take classes without the pressure of a membership, which is refreshing.”

“What a wonderful time! We went in as a group for a free trial cardio kickboxing class and it was so much fun. We all agreed that it was something we'd wanna try again! The place is huge, we really liked all the parking that was available. They have different packages that would accommodate your needs. I think if you are on the fence and wanna try something different to get your heart pumping this is worth trying! Go to their website and try a class yourself! “Orange theory works y'all. Trust in it when I say so. I have been to other gyms and programs, but this is the one. I've been a member for the last 3 years at this studio. They truly make an effort to get to know their members and get them to their fitness goals. Justine the studio manager is very passionate about her work and is always asking members for feedback to improve the studio. The front desk is always welcoming and has the jams to get you pumped up from the moment you walk in. All coaches here have their own music styles, but you are guaranteed a good workout every time. This studio stands out to me the most and is my home studio because the coaches really do care about you. From your form, the weight selection you choose, to the speeds on the rower/threads. They will coach you through the entire class, calling you out when you are slacking. I seriously cannot believe after 3 years of attending, no workout is ever the same. That is just unbelievable. You never know what you are walking into each class! Thank you OT Willow Glen for being part of my life long workout journey and pushing me past my limits.”

“Incredible gym with great workout equipment. Excellent pool which is maintained well. Showers, and multiple kinds of saunas. An indoor / outdoor hot tub... what's not to love? I am an active individual who notices the details. I have never had a bad day at this gym. And I've appreciated the friendships I've made here along the way. You can certainly find another gym with the same equipment but the people are not interchangeable and that's what makes the difference for me.”

“I recently had the opportunity to drop-in at CrossFit Kindred for the Open 24.2 and it was an incredible experience! While I didn't get to try an "everyday" class, I can speak to the facility, environment, coaches, and community and I will say that this gym is one of the BEST.If you are nervous to start CrossFit or you are looking for some place to belong and feel connected to people, you have to give them a call or stop by. If I lived in San Jose, I would be a member at this gym.The owners Leonie and Vanna are community-first with everything they do. Their hearts are in the business of helping people feel welcomed while getting fit and healthy. The rest of the coaching staff is an extension of this energy and they are the first to extend a hand and show you around the facility.CrossFit Kindred has a nice lobby with cubbies and lockers, spacious bathrooms to change in and plenty of training equipment for all abilities. They recently added a half court basketball set-up so keep that in mind if you have a child looking for some private lessons...You will not be disappointed if you give this gym a try. The members at CrossFit Kindred are so friendly and supportive you will wonder why you waited so long to start. Thank you CrossFit Kindred for a memorable experience!”

“My daughter spent 5 seasons with ASA and they were amazing. She made her best friends there, learned amazing skills and lessons and had incredibly supportive coaches who became family. Last season we moved out of the area and my daughter went to a big name D1 gym, because of her foundation built at ASA she has been so successful at her new gym. She's been asked by all her new coaches where she originally trained and received so many compliments about ASA and fun stories of her former coaches when they all cheered together etc. my daughter still talks to her friends made at ASA and we love when we end up at the same competitions we can go support our ASA family and have them and even the owner Tiffany come to support my daughter's performance (which means the world to my daughter). ASA truly is and stands by their ASA Family motto and even after we left they continue to treat us as family. We are forever thankful for the foundation and friendships made at ASA and love everything Tiffany has worked so hard to build.”
