Creative employees doing a great job over here. They are doing their job simply because of their love of Apple Products. Its not easy to remember and recollect the know how of each issue across versions of phones, iOS but they dazzle you at the GeniusBar. It’s the best place to go for any and all questions, demos and for a great geek-meetup times. Great job guys!

Terrible service by the staff manager at the Genius Bar. So rude to its customers. Very disappointing. Pls do not come to this store. I lost my iPhone case there and they said I have to file a police report to show me the video without really being customer centric.

If you like to be treated like trash, you should come to this store and talk to RJ. RJ is an incompetent, rude Apple Store employee. He had an instant attitude and enjoys making customers get mad with his sassy attitude and questions. He won’t get a manager and plays as a narcissist when you match his energy. Apparently he’s a “Team Lead,” but acts like a Team Baby. He doesn’t care about customer service.When the manager called me afterwards, I told him what happened, he said he “wasn’t there for the interaction,” which is true. However, he took no accountability nor apologized.

The employees here are very quick and friendly when you're making purchases here. Even during the holidays when they can be run ragged with all the customers making last minute holiday stops. The employee was very knowledgeable and let me use my student discount for my sisters purchase, which I really appreciate.

I've had nothing but great service at this Apple Store. Had an appointment to get my Mac desktop looked at and was well taken care of. I left it overnight to reinstall the OS and they called because they needed additional information (which was on me, not them) and they were very patient. It did take a couple of days rather than overnight as I was told, but that ended up working out better with my schedule and it was well worth it because my Mac is running fast and smooth again! Thanks Apple!

Went in there for watch repair and got good advice from the technicians there for a quick lookup, advise me on my options and best suggestions. Recommended to get advanced appointment on apple’s website before walk-in.

Went in for an appointment today and had to wait 20 mins past the time just to speak with someone. Then it was like talking to a customer service center in the middle of nowhere. The incompetence at this store was entertaining . The lady In the picture scooted us out of the way like we were invisible

I had an Apple Genius Appointment scheduled for 3:20 PM. I arrived at the store at 2:40 PM, and the staff informed me that they were currently handling other appointments and suggested I return at 3:20 PM. Following their advice, I strolled around the mall and came back at 3:20 PM, although I actually arrived a bit earlier, at 3:18 PM. I stood in the most open and visible part of the store, observing one or two idle staff members. After 3-5 minutes, someone finally noticed me and confirmed my appointment.Subsequently, I waited for an additional 30 minutes. I am left wondering what the point of making an appointment is if it doesn't actually reduce the waiting time. This has been a terrible experience, and it’s not the level of service I expect from Apple. They should have a disclaimer stating that even with an appointment, you might still have to wait for 30 minutes.At 3:50 PM, a technician took my AirPods for inspection. After 20 minutes, they told me that repairing my AirPods would cost money, which seemed fair to me. However, because of the 30-minute wait, I requested to speak with their Manager to express my grievances.It turned out that the Manager was one of the idle staff I had seen when I arrived at 3:18 PM. I remembered him lingering near a group where a staff member was already assisting a customer, not even glancing in my direction.I told him about my 30-minute wait, the woman before me who also waited for 30 minutes, and the gentleman after me who waited for 40 minutes, despite all of us arriving on time for our Apple Genius Appointments. He responded dismissively with an "OK" and showed no intention of apologizing. When I questioned if he truly thought this was "OK," he admitted it wasn’t, stating they were just "a little bit running behind." However, he did not apologize at any point during our conversation.All I could do was shake my head and leave. Apple has certainly shown me how they treat their customers. I am curious if Apple, with their stringent and meticulous standards for suppliers, would tolerate such delays and responses from them.

Totally inept sales team. Could not process a simple order and f***ed up my old phone too, after waiting almost 3 full hours, I walked out and went to the t-mobile store next door who was able to promptly help me.This store deserves the very low score they have on yelp, they've fully earned it!

I have to express my gratitude to every single member of your apple crew... or is it apple core? Hm, food for thought. Anyways, I went in early and didn't have an appointment so they scheduled one for the afternoon. My left AirPod was charging but wouldn't connect so they ran a diagnostic check on it and ultimately replaced the left under warranty and communicated the entire process. I had a few errands to run so I reentered the store at least 4 times and every single person was so drop of the hat helpful. Not that people are reading this to go spend their day whiling away at an apple store, but every patron also seemed to be pleased even if their lifeline was doomed to be replaced.

If I could give this place a zero I would but apparently I have to give it a one star to be able to leave a review.I came in for assistance with my iPhone at the direction of Apple customer care. My phone was still under warranty and having issues. Customer care told me I could have the phone replaced in store if the problem was the result of a hardware issue, but they would have to run diagnostics to be sure. After the employees at the store confirmed my phone had a hardware problem, I was told the phone would be sent out for repair and I could use a loaner phone in the meantime. I had simply tried to explain what the customer care representative told me about the replacement and the employee in the store rudely interrupted me and said that under no circumstances would they be exchanging my phone. After getting nowhere trying to explain my frustration with being told different things in the store and on the phone, I was interrupted and again.. literally told.. "Okay, I'm gonna stop you right there.. We're not gonna replace your phone today." I cannot imagine where this person was trained to talk to a customer like this. Eventually a manager came over and nicely explained things. I got my phone back and left the store. As I was almost out of the mall, I realized the employee conveniently "forgot" to put back my SIM card! I'll be avoiding the Oakridge Apple Store from now on and will go to Valleyfair - the people there provide much better service and don't talk down to me.

This place aloud scammers use my Apple credit card to purchase two Apple Watches and an Apple air tag key chain. How do they not check ID. Almost $2000 in charges.

They want to make me wait 1 hour for an appt when they are obviously free. They said there are apps ahead of me but they haven't show up... so I have to wait while they are not doing anything.

Waited 90 minutes for a battery change. Was told water indicator shows potential water damage hence cannot complete the replacement. Recommended me to get a replacement : )
