“The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!”

“Hey my name is janey I was having the worse day ever yesterday ,from my car getting stolen to money getting taken out my account ,after I reported my car stolen to my insurance and to the police my insurance made a reservation for me to get a Rent-A-Car doing so I called the fair oaks location and I spoke to one of the team members there his name was Jason. I believe so he had offered me a BMW or a choice from an Audi. He told me he would save both cars for me and I informed him that I was having the worst day ever, please make sure he had the cars so I can see them and would be a best fit for me and my boys so heading over there. I took an Uber and when I got there, Jason informed me that the Audi was being rented for someone else. I was very upset and he tried to push a small BMW on me which I knew it would not fit my boys car seats so I left his location really more upset and disappointed than I was today. I called the location on foothill. I spoke to a wonderful lady named Denise as soon as I got there, Denise helped me out so much. She ended up upgrading me and staying at my rate that I was supposed to stay out with my insurance to a SUV BMW, so Denise thank you for the bottom of my heart. I thought I was having the really worst day ever but when I got the most amazing customer service that you have provided to me made my day a little better so I appreciate you and sorry, but I forgot the young man's name but he was also an amazing help thank u both for having the most wonderful customer service ever so I recommend you go to the foothill location instead of anywhere else if you're renting a vehicle and speak to Denise amazing customer service. “I didn’t get my rental from them to be honest, it was because I was a little bit to late and it got rented. But with that being said, I had some time to talk with the ladies in the office and let me tell you that they are some of the most beautiful and caring people I’ve met in any business I’ve dealt with In the post Covid era where customer service and just nonexistent or understanding with their customers . But these wonderful people gave me a lot of confidence and hope that there are still wonderful people in business still . “Great service from picking up my rental car to dropping it off! I had to get my car repaired. Enterprise had staff pick me up from the auto body shop I was at to Enterprise to get my rental car. Then, Juan helped me with the car rental transaction and he did a great job going over the details. After I picked up the rental car, I received a follow up text message to reach them for any questions. On day of rental car return, Pang helped me to finalize the rental car return and he was quick and efficient. Nathan was also very helpful to give me a ride back to pick up my car at the auto body shop. Everyone was very friendly and excellent in providing the service. Thank you.”

“The Enterprise staff Brett was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their offers and rates. He was patient with my many questions and very forthcoming with information and advices. Brett walked me through the process of using my Costco membership to secure a great weekly rate discount by using Costco Travel's website to make the car rental reservation instead of directly via Enterprise. The main reason I walked-in at this store location instead of reserving online ahead of time was because by that time in the afternoon, all the online reservation dates started on the next day at the earliest, but Brett assured me he could override that and allow me to drive out of the lot on that same day. The compact Toyota Corolla hybrid I rented was clean and comfortable to drive for two weeks. Nice leather seats. Good gas mileage. No complaints whatsoever. The process of returning the car was quick and painless. This particular Enterprise location has a large lot and a good selection of cars. Note that there's another Enterprise car rental location nearby at 2336 Foothill Blvd, but don't be fooled--I actually went to that location first because of its higher review rating, but that location only has a tiny lot with barely any vehicles available for rental, with many of the cars in the lot actually belonging to the employees. What kind of car rental location has no compact sedan available? The best ability, after all, is availability.”

“I selected Enterprise after my auto accident because it was close to home. I dropped off my vehicle at the repair shop and was picked up by Raul. He took me to Enterprise. When I got there I was helped by Leslie. She helped me get my rental started and was thorough in explaining the insurance process. I had no problems with my rental and my vehicle was repaired faster than expected. I dropped off my rental and Eduardo helped me return the vehicle. It was an easy process. Raul took me back to the repair shop and I picked up my car. I would definitely rent a car from Enterprise”

“I need to give writeups when I have extraordinary service - i've been using Enterprise for a long time as I often use car rental companies as I produce movies under the single purpose company names. Personally, I use different Rent-A-Car but I've discovered this rental car store as maybe the best service I've had because of one individual his name is Chandler . We should all have a Chandler at our company and if Enterprise doesn't keep promoting him he might be taken away. He's that good I've never quite seen anybody go the extra mile literally and figuratively as Chandler did as all the cars were taken and he did everything he could to get me in a smaller car as I could not drive a larger car for many reasons or fit it into my property. He went out of his way an hour and 15 minutes to bring me a proper car and also when I left paperwork, he took the steps to get it to me within two days, he did impeccable service and I have to say because of Chandler I'm going to stay with Enterprise and I also want to give a shout out to dominique. She gave excellent service. If everybody at Enterprise can follow suit with these two people they'd be the best company service for Rent-A-Car in the United States. Thank you.”
