“After a horrible experience with Audi dealership I decided to trust yelp and give German Imports a try. My first service was 2 years ago for a 50k service. The owner name is Will and I couldn't have imagined a more honest and humble man. Great service at half the dealership price and no upselling. I will I could bring my can in more for services but recently retired salesman I don't drive much. This brings me to my 2024 visit because of a dead battery. Will charged overnight and didn't charge me. Took battery home installed myself and my key fobs didn't work properly. Took car in same day and he re-programed both fobs for me for a fraction of the price dealer would have charged. You don't find mechanics like this anymore. “I brought my Toyota corolla in last week for my front bumper to be repair. I went in to the office meet Debbie very nice and explain everything. then came Daneil Holguin talk to my husband and me. very professional and explained all detail of how they will fix my car. they had told us that it will be done by 12/29. well with the holiday which totally understandable. Diving a Chevrolet Spark is really not very comfortable. specially its not your own car so very careful might have another accident. Then on Tuesday12/26 afternoon they called me that my car is ready to be pick up at 4:30 Tuesday. I was jumping with joy, went to filled up gas on the rental car.Well got there Daneil Holguin drove out the car. I feel like a VIP. OMG my car was cleaned inside out. they might had even polished my car so shinning. He showed me what they did. It looks like a new car. it was PERFECT!Daneil Holguin told me that they will take care of the rental car for me. “Was recommended to this place by a family friend. He takes his cars here and knows the mechanic, Manuel, for a long time. I took in my 2002 Ford Mustang since I needed my manual transmission rebuilt. Manuel worked with my budget and found a place that rebuilt the transmission quickly and didn't cost a fortune. Unfortunately, shops that rebuild manual transmissions aren't as common as automatic ones. My transmission came out well and my car felt like a new one. Smooth shifts and no more grinding. Had the clutch and other components replaced as well. If he can't do it he knows where to send you. After providing photos and truck info to them by phone, they were able to order the correct window size/color on a Sunday morning and met me at my home to install the window 2 hours after the initial call was made. “I brought my 2ZZ swapped mr2 spyder to Harry for diagnosis on the loss of power. The shop was extremely accommodating and willing to take on the challenge. They were willing to make time and space for my car even around the holiday season. During the heavy rain, harry wasnt able to do much with my car but he was willing to park my car in his personal garage at home. This shows the amount of care he has for his customers' cars. “Very honest and fair. I came in ready to pay up to 300 dollars for a tune up and oil change plus new filters. As they were checking out my car they asked me why do I want a tune up. Was there any problems. I said yeah it's been losing power and driving funny. He notice a cover not on correctly and said this is the problem. He suggested just a simple oil change and see how it drives afterwards. Saved me alot of money and really appreciated the honesty. Dont see that enough.”

“Went in at 130pm to get a oil changed and my tires rotated. Mr. Marlon greeted me as I pulled up with a very friendly smile. I told him what I needed done and I went into the waiting room. While in the waiting room there was a monitor on the wall where I can watch my vehicle being inspected. Mr. Marlon came in and advised me they inspected my transmission fluid and it didn't need changing due to my mileage was under 50,000 mile however he did advise me I needed a new filter for my air conditioner, I agreed. I watched Mr. Marlon and Mr. Samuel take my tires off and rotate, change the synthetic oil and air conditioner filter on the monitor. In 15 minutes they were done! Omg what great service! Marcela the cashier called me up (very friendly) and I showed her a email I received to get 10% off. I cashed out and left. I was very amazed and happy of how quick and great serve I received. And the whole cost was only $154.29 with my 10% discount. I could've gotten my car washed but it wasn't needed. Thank you all for the excellent service. Ohh I almost forgot to say I believe this has been my 4 time having my vehicle serviced here. I highly recommend!”
