I really liked this yoga studio, especially heated yoga is the best. Sometimes its just really crowded, and there is no own space. And if its your first class you get rent a yoga-mat for free or you can actually buy one. Overall ??

This studio is a class operation front desk personnel are extremely helpful on top of that they have a some of the best yoga teachers in San Francisco

We are conveniently located near City College and San Francisco State University, just a few minutes south of the Mission District. Our 2,100 sq. ft. practice room was originally built for the Free Masons. The lofted ceilings and grand windows provide a space like none other. We have state-of-the-art lighting, heating, and sound systems; and we love to bring music into the practice!
The practice of yoga is a beautiful reminder that we don’t need a Monday or a new year to begin again. Each breath and each moment offer a new beginning.
