I went in for my first time into this Wells Fargo to do a wire transfer because my coworkers said this was the best branch. They were right. I was amazed. No waiting at all. Walked in, saw 4 employees, 0 customers, they said I needed an appointment which would take over 3 days. Terrible customer service. Didn't even try to help me. On second time coming back and 3 calls later I got help from a lovely person.
