Worst customer service on planet earth. Assured funds of account will be cashed out and then lost funds. Terrible communication and does not want to help customers at all even after multiple escalations. Chase and Bank of America are so superior.

worst bank i have been to, especially for American furniture credit card . I would go to a different bank for a loan/credit card/ account .
