“Been a long time Chase customer. Anyone remember Washington Mutual? This was my first time going into this branch. This location is one of a few branches that is open on Saturdays. Even tho it's only open from 10am-2pm, when I got there at noon there was no wait. Upon entering I was greeted with a friendly smile and a, "hello" by one of the staffs. When I got to the window to cash a cashier's check the banker was also friendly and smiling. She deposited my cashier's check quickly and efficiently. I left saying to myself, "wow, that was the most friendliest branch I've been to."”

“No idea why you would list the branch at 400 Montgomery but display a review for the Taraval branch. At any rate, my wife and I have kept CD's and Money Market accounts at Sterling since 2003. Whenever we stop by, service is great. I sort of miss the view from when they had an office at the top of the Transamerica Building, but the downtown office is easy to get to.I'm actually heading over there today to move some funds into their 13-month CD, appears to have a very competitive interest rate.”
