He was friendly and professional and best of all, said he could do the job right away. 15 minutes later had a new battery, and the phone is now holding a charge. And the price was much less than other phone repair shops.Lew is the best.”
“I recently went to this AT&T location with my mother . I was helped by Rick. Before even getting to the store I went on an hour drive to pick up 3 brand new IPhone 16 Pros. I called the store after I received them from Best Buy and Rick answered. Rick was so kind and receptive. I told him that I needed help setting 3 new phones and transferring all of our old data from our IPhone 6S, 7, and XR. Without hesitation, he said we could come in and he would help.
When we got to AT&T store he greeted us and we sat down at a table together. Rick was patient throughout the whole process. He helped us get a better plan for our family account and transferred over all data without any issue. Rick is the type of employee that we all hope to encounter when we go to an AT&T store with an issue. I am so grateful that we had Rick to help us. I hope that he stays at this location because he is great at what he does. He also has a ton of experience which makes sense as to why he made everything effortless.
I would be remiss not to mention Josh who assisted when needed but was inventorying the entire store the entire time we were there. Both gentleman were excellent.
AT&T should do whatever they can to keep these guys around.”

“I was really expecting to hear the worst news, when I dropped off my Samsung tablet for repairs. I was quoted $80 over the phone, but it turns out it didn't even need the part initially thought to be at fault. Turns out it was just a simple soldering fix. They wound up charging me only $50. And they did it in one day. Very happy with their service. I Highly recommended them. ????”

“Elbert was on the pricier side of what I saw quoted, but it's hard to overstate how great this was. My phone was extremely dead, and not only did Elbert fix it, but he was done within a couple of hours with a major repair.As I said, it was a little pricy but it was well worth it. everywhere else talked about several days to fix, while Elbert got it done in a few hours. And he picked it up and dropped it off.10/10, while I hope I never need his services again, he's going to be my first choice.”
“I currently own an iphone 12 pro that had a maximum battery charge capacity of 76%. I usually update my phone every 2 years but for some reason I was just fine keeping my 12. But since it did have a weak battery I was ready to finally upgrade to the 16 or 16 pro but did research beforehand. I wasn't too impressed with what the 16 series had to offer so I decided to just get my battery replaced by iPhone Repair SF. I made a same day appoint, within 2 hours availability! Elbert was the assigned tech and texted me on his arrival time. When he got to my address, he replaced my battery in under 30 minutes! He was polite, very knowledgeable, and gave me tips on how to make the battery last longer. The replacement comes with a 2 year warranty and it saved me hundreds instead of buying a new phone. Great service!”

“I wanted to convert my pre-paid plan over the Customer Care service, and that turned to be a nightmare and a waste of time. Finally, I went to the Marina branch to fix the broken account. Jeff was very kind and efficient in addressing my complicated case and a bunch of technical questions with my messed up account. That is the second time the staff of this store saved my time and money.
Whenever I get to adjust my plan in future, I'll visit that branch to make sure everything is done properly.
I wish the T-Mobile dial-in Customer Care, the website, and the mobile app were that efficient and fast as the employees at the Marina branch.”

(Well, I was signed up for an extra line that I wasn't told about or wanted., So this messed everything up with my account and my two phones.)
Inside the metro store I spoke to Adolfo and Cathy. They were friendly, patient, professional and very competent. After about forty five minutes and with their persistence,......everything worked out fine and I left happy. I
really appreciated being treated like a valued customer. Which is hard to find these days.

“I first went to the San Bruno AT&T shopping Center, the rep said I would need to wait after 4 others who were ahead of me. Here she also told me about buying insurance that would take 30 days to take effect before a claim can be made if I needed to change to a new phone battery. I went to the Mission Store in San Francisco, I was promptly served. No sales of other products. They gave me what i asked. No further dropped calls.”

This is a review of a visit from a few years ago.
I was shopping around for Wireless Internet (WISP) and stopped by the store to ask some questions about Verizon's Wireless Home Internet Service.
Jason Gobbell was the person I interacted with.
Despite the Home Internet service was not something I could just purchase from the store (has to be online ordered), Jason was still incredibly helpful in answering all my questions regarding the service.
Jason was incredibly knowledgeable in both the technical aspects of the service and the billing/account side of the service.
Even though I wasn't able to purchase anything, my interaction with Jason was impressive enough that I took his card and wrote a quick note on my phone, which I happened to stumble across again today and reminded me to leave this review.”
“I could not have anticipated such a good experience I brought my newly machine washed iPhone to them with little hope. After being washed in a washing machine. Three months later I write this review on that phone. The young man repaired my phone with a new battery, and warned me about that water damage and offered to back up my data in case it did not worked for long. It has. “First off to start Randy if you see this your the man thank you for all your help. So what had happened was, After a long long day of trying to upgrade my phone at a different store in concord I was told that the system had glitched or something and I was unable to upgrade that day and was told I need a manager to fix the error. I then was told to come all the way over to this location which ended up being my saving grace. Luckily Randy was there and he literally jumped right on it and made all the calls he needed, and got me my upgrade while providing absolutely amazing customer support and service he is the man.”
