Authentic Mexican joint, and much more affordable compared to other popular spots in San Francisco. The beef cheeks and flank steak were absolutely delicious!Keep in mind it is a butchery, so you go through a store to order your food. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly.

We came with a walking tour. Tried the tacos de nopal and the asada. My kids didn't like the nopales but I thought they were fine. The asada was good. The salsa roja is FIRE in your mouth. I tolerate heat pretty well but my nose is still running. Great service from some sweet abuelas.
