Kundalini yoga found me in Panama during a winter retreat. I can say that it is something that continues to awaken energy within me. I've been to this center for several visits with a friend and it is a relaxing and welcoming place to practice. One of my favorite experiences is the yogi tea.

Really truly friendly people - I am so grateful I found this place. I had some health issues recently - but since going my health has been getting better - there is so much breathing and they really help you with technique. I love it!
