Extremely nice and helpful. Got set up immediately and the unit is just what I needed.
Update: increased my rent by over 30%. I got a timely notice, but it was disappointing to have such a price hike.

Staff was extremely patient and helpful, I got the storage space I needed and was assured that if everything didn’t fit I could easily transfer to a larger unit. Thankfully everything fit and what could have been a stressful moving day was actually not so bad!

The property manager was super nice. I was able to transition my org’s storage space ownership no problems at all.
