  I fundamentally don’t understand what the purpose of this is. They’re impossible to get a hold of and they don’t have all the items and they require appointments beforehand. They just tell you to go to the store. They should really close down this office because it’s a waste of money and it’s a disappointment... read full comment

  Was looking to purchase a few chairs for new office. Called the listed number, was told to come anytime today before 7pm. Show up at 4pm, security says we need an appointment. Calls the manager there who says no. Call back the listed number, nobody answers. Completely unprofessional. Will take my business elsewhere.

  Was going to buy a chair from them, but then I saw the zoom call from the CEO who chastised employees about visiting "Pity City" for not getting a bonus, because she took a $6.5 million bonus herself and left nothing for the people actually doing the job.
