Friendly, efficient and accommodating staff. The gym is simple but it's clean, modern and everything is working and well maintained. Also it was very easy to cancel and restart my membership when I went overseas for w few months. I recommend FITNESS SF - Embarcadero!

This is gym isnt in my neighborhood but I like it better than other fitness locations. It's never that crowded, lots of cardio machines and good ac system. Locker room is clean and staff is friendly
