I’ve only walked into the branch itself a few times. They never have a long line and most of their tellers are friendly, nice people who can help you out with any issues you have with your account.

Highly recommend this bank to anyone thinking of opening an account. None of the larger, well-known banks can hold a candle to their customer service.

ATM on site and if you need to go in, the tellers at this location are some of the best IMO.
