There are no tellers in this Chase branch. All cash transactions are done through the ATM which takes longer if you have a lot of bills

Wenqin Sun was super helpful when we needed to make changes our account in ways we couldn't do it online! Just be sure to book ahead online or call before heading in, as when we were there she was the only one working.

I've been a member of Chase for a long time now, opened my account at this specific branch. I am always shocked at their ability to treat me like a criminal when trying to access MY OWN money.
