This is a review for meeting with the bank consultant to update accounts. The changes went smoothly and the agent was ready at the time appointment time which I scheduled online.

I used to have an chase account and always used their ATM to deposit/withdraw cash. I had to go up to a teller to deposit money once when the ATM was being fixed and it was average customer service.
February 2024
I opened an account about a while ago and submitted the required documents, now they are saying they will close my account. Absolutely ridiculous, I definitely do not recommend you to come to this branch.
