Asian lady with straight hair medium length that works here was prejudiced towards me. How hard to answer the question, is power home inc under chase and she doesn’t want to tell me the answer! A simple YES OR NO. But kept telling me NO WE CANT TELL YOU THAT. What an imbecile.

Great Chase branch to visit. When I was applying for a card, there was a fraud alert on my profile, and they helped me dispute the claim. There's always a banker to talk to, even if you are late for your appointment or just walking in.
