A few months ago I walked into this Chase bank to open an account and was greeted by Jack D. He was incredibly helpful, clearly explained all my options, guided me through the application, and even showed me useful features of the Chase app. Friendly, efficient, and overall a great experience.

I recently moved and decided to open up a bank account at chase. I ended up meeting Jack who was super helpful with the entire process. He was kind enough to even follow up after a few days to check in. I have never seen that kind of service from a Bank. Definitely recommended!
